E-Procurement Specialist : Bahrain

Emdad Trading Services is looking for an e-procurement specialist who will assist in the technical and administration of a new procurement services provider business. As such, the applicant should posses the technical and management expertise to build this new division.

Skills and experiences:

- The applicant must have the expertise and understanding of e-Procurement technology and the Oracle ERP system.
- The ability to demonstrate e-Procurement systems knowledge and experience
- Experience of designing, implementing, and drafting e-procurement, e-tendering, and auctioning system which is user-friendly and supportive.
- Good knowledge and understanding of data manipulation
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results
- Very good hands-on skills in sourcing and Procurement also having category expertise in and indirect Procurement across multiple industries
- Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and quality
- Participate and drive the customer’s engagement cycle from lead to operations
- Ensure that goals agreed between customers and Emdad are met
- Collect market data, onboard new suppliers and supplier negotiation which would bring saving to customers
- Knowledge sharing within teams and grooming of new comers
- Self motivated and able to show measurable results on continuous basis
