Working as a Project Engineer in “SAFE LINE CONTROLS”, Hyderabad from May-2009 till to date.
Work Description : AutoCAD designing, Marketing the Product and Managing the Manufacturing plant, quoting enquiry of the clients.

Project Management :
- Planning and monitoring execution of power projects.
- Involved in prepared the tender documents & floating the tender & bid evaluation & technical meeting with Consultant & different vender. Reviewing tender, Engineering & Drawings for up to 33KV TPP Project. Responsible for site mobilization & site coordination with management, contractors & different vendors. Correspondence with consultant and contractor.
Highlights :
- Inspection of Instruments like ACB’s, Control panels, VFD etc at various vendor shops Materials management, which involves material Planning, scheduling, storing required for execution of the above job.
- Planning & coordinating all Spare Parts for Control Panels - Managing and motivating junior staff & Sub-contractors to get best out of them and make them work as a team in a project.

- Erection of the Substations up to 33 KV and All Type of HT & LT Works.

Academic Project :
Project Title : Speed control of Brushless DC Motor Using Genetic Algorithm Based Fuzzy Controller
Description :
The brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is receiving wide attention for industrial applications because of their high torque density, high efficiency and small size. Because Conventional DC motor are highly efficient and their characteristics make them useful for servo motor. However their only drawback is that they need a commutator and brushes. Which are subjected to wear and require maintenance.
In PI Controller has been proposed for BLDCM. The PI controller only suitable for linear motor control, In Practice many non-linear factors are imposed by load, but PI controller cannot suitable for non-linear & uncertianity problems. To overcome this problem we implemented fuzzy control system. The FLC is operated at three stages; these are Fuzzy operation, Rule execution and De-fuzzy operation. Fuzzy logic controller cannot suitable for Auto-tuning method at different conditions. To overcome this problem we implemented an auto-tuning method for fuzzy logic controller based on the Genetic Algorithm (GA) is presented. The Selection, Crossover and Mutation are the main operations of GA. And the scheme is applied into the BLDCM control.

The project entitled “MediShop Care” –A Computerized System for medical shop.
This software holds all the information of medicines available in the shop.It contains all the information
Of sales, creditors and their credits, taxes, unavailable medicines etc. It also print cash memo. The purchaser may also return medicines and the database also updated according to it.Barcode (Code -39) is implemented in this software. It generates barcode for the corresponding medicines. This unique barcode level is used to retrieve information of that particular medicine. When any medicine expired or empty stock, then it will generate warning to the user.
Software used : Visual Basic 6, Crystal Report, Ms-Access
