While working in Reliance Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, Navi Mumbai as Executive Engineer, I was involved in Biopharma project.
I was mainly involved in following things
- Review and updating P&IDs, PFDs and Isometrics.
- Review and finalizing the process sequence logic for automation
- Co-ordination with Construction team and Vendors in commissioning cGMP facility.
- Development of valve matrices and Scenarios for various products.
- Review of FAT, SAT & CTP documents for critical equipments in the cGMP facility.

The car is a self-propelled vehicle used primarly on roads and is assembly of number of automobile components. Generally a car built up with four-cylinder engine petrol or diesel powered with four or six seated capacity and the cost of the car is beyond to reach for a common man
The main objective of present idea is to Fabricate a car with a single cylinder SI-engine which can meet the requirements of a common man only for his personal transportation.
In this present work we going to built a single cylinder pulsar 180cc DTS-I engine, differential gear mechanisms with chain drives , braking system with internal expandable conventional drum brakes and other mechanisms are used to fabricate and produce a car of petrol engine at economic cost.
