Job Description :
Write business requirements and functional specifications for a J2EE based banking application.
Work closely with the design team in ensuring that the requirements are understood by the design team.
Work closely with the Quality and Testing team in writing Test Case Specifications.
Take responsibility for ensuring that application functionality fulfils the business requirements.
Be part of diverse high energy teams focused on real life circle developement.

Education :
Educated to degree level

Skills & experience :
Strong business analyst with at least 10 years of analysis experience in the banking domain, of which at least 5 years should be with Retail/Corporate Banking Systems
Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking and additionally any one of the following areas: Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Treasury.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, accounting rules and regulatory reporting requirements
Should have been involved in or managed the full implementation cycle of commercial banking and Accounting Systems.
Strong documentation skills in writing business requirement specifications.
Good knowledge of workflow procedures in financial applications.
Knowledge of Testing and Development Methodologies is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-culture team environment.
Ability to solve or suggest solutions for business related problems independently.
English language and good communication skill is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with design team, management and external vendors.
Additional knowledge of tools like Visio, UML Modelling and ERD Tools is highly desirable.
