1) Senior Java Developer :

Job Description
Develop and maintain the daily production of a secure customer-facing portal. Applicant must be able to design and develop 3-tier dynamic web applications utilizing J2EE best practices, concepts and procedures, analyze future requirements, system refinements, bug fix plans, and make recommendations for expanding portal environment. Candidates should be prepared to show an established portfolio that demonstrates their technical and web-ergonomic capabilities.

Technical Requirements :
* Knowledge of project life-cycle management.
* J2EE application development on UNIX operating systems with database connectivity.
* Extensive knowledge of JMS, EJB, Java, XML, XSL, JSP, XSL, AJAX, SSL, Hibernate, JDBC, Java Server Faces, Web Services and HTML technologies.
* Database development skills in Oracle, Postgres or other SQL database.

2)Tier 1 Support Engineer :
Job Description

Individual will be responsible for the initial triage and determination of network faults, troubles and security issues. Support agent is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating problems in a 24x7 operations environment. You will use a combination of technical (Security, UNIX, Windows, Network) and customer service skills to support Global based MSP and NMS production systems. This will include call support, email and ticketing support and tracking problems until they are resolved.

Critical Responsibilities and Experience required include :

* Open, Update, Monitor and Close Trouble Tickets.
* Monitor traffic patterns to identify potential problem areas and take corrective action to implement short-term adjustments.
* Identify recurring problems.
* Identify alarm correlations and appropriate response actions for future automation.
* 1-2 years commercial experience in a Network Operations Center, ISP environment.
* Knowledge of CISCO routers and switches.
* Knowledge of layer data communications protocols, TCP/IP, BGP OSPF, HSRR.

3)Tier 2 Security Engineer :

Job Description
Individual must have an experience of 5 to 10 years in security monitoring, design, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of Global based MSP and NMS production systems, Wide Area Networks and Local Area Networks in a 24x7 NOC/SOC environment. Individual must be able to utilize a wide range of technologies such as such as Security, IP, OSPF,RIP, BGP, ATM, Ethernet, and general problem resolution skills to identify and correct failing component(s) in complex network and security architectures. SNMP management background to include SNMP/MIB concepts, configuration development scripting on both UNIX and Windows platforms for security management tools. Second and third level network support includes troubleshooting and knowledge of IDS, Cisco, Pix, Checkpoint, router/switch equipment and various other equipment. Security Management specialist will also be responsible for the administration of network management tools to include : configuration, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and management of system baselines.

You will be working on the design, implementation, testing and technical documentation of IQ System Technologies' leading edge mobile application software on all MIDP (mobile Java) enabled devices. You'll be a key team member in driving new features onto our mobile client software.
