    Hope you are doing well!

    We have urgent requirement for the leading MNC BPO for the positions of Technical support associates, interested candidates can walk-in. Both fresher and also experienced candidates of 0 to 2 years can apply.

    JD of the position: Technical Support Executive (VOICE)

    Tech Support Associate (VOICE)

    Following is the given requirement:
    o Graduate of any discipline (graduates with backlogs are considered) from 0-2 yrs of experience.
    o Excellent communication skills.
    o Willing to work in night shifts.
    o Should possess basic knowledge in technical concepts like Ms.Outlook, ISP, LAN, Operating Systems, TCP/IP Protocols
    o Age Limit 34 Yrs.
    o Good knowledge in Hardware / Networking and Operating System (added advantage)
    o Undergraduates are not eligible.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    The Designations we hire for are:

    Trainee Tech Support Associate (Level 0)
    Requirement: Fresher
    CTC: 1.74 L.p.a

    Tech Support Associate (Level 1)
    Requirement: 6-11 months of relevant experience
    CTC: Between 1.8 - 2.2 L.p.a & above up to 2.4L.p.a.

    Senior Tech Support Associate (Level 2)
    Requirement: 12 months and above
    CTC: Between 2.3 - 2.75 L.p.a & above up to 3.3L.p.a

    Note:
    Even candidates having 6-12 months of experience in any international call centre (CSR) also can apply for L1 positions. Your experience will be counted.
