The project include 2”, 11/2”, ½” SS piping ,from transfer pump area to various skids & from skids to various injection points at separator area, wet tank, dry tank & brackish water tank area, GI Piping for above ground pipe lines& spool pieces & RTRP piping for under ground pipelines for fresh water line, corrosion coupon & their related civil, instrumentation & electrical systems like excavation, cable laying, termination ,errection & comissioning of PLC’s, FCN & as built document preparation for 14 Gc’s at Magwa & Burgan area.

Closed circuiting of cement plant.
The project was to modify the open circuit cement plant in to closed circuit cement plant by installing VVVF Drives for both Seperator & Recirculation fan with bucket elevators for flyash mixing & flyash silo . Installation of different instruments like Solid Flow meter for fly ash consumption, Solid Flow meter for separator reject, Dust collector timer panels, DP instruments, Smart Bob instruments for silo level, Temperature sensors, transducers, Safety interlocks for bucket elevators like Belt sway switches, Boot level switches & Zero speed switches. & Installation & loop checking of Allen Bradley PLC . Control Logix 5555.
Cooler ESP Project :
Modification of cooler with new VVVF ID fan & new ESP. includes installaton of different instruments like capacitance type level switch, Zero speed switches for Rotary air lock, Reddler conveyor, Screw conveyor. Damper Position indications, Draught transmitters, Temperature transmitters etc.., Prepared ladder diagram for the cooler ESP project at RS Logix 5000 & installation & loop checking of SLC 5/03 PLC.
Raw mill , Kiln & Cement mill Stack monitoring instrument (DURAG) was installed, tested & commissioned.

Maintenance :
Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Instruments, AC & DC DRIVES, PLC 3/10, PLC 5/30, Control Logix 5555, SLC 5/03 (Alen Bradley PLC) .Gained experience in graphical modification in RS VIEW 32 & RS LOGIX 5000 ladder logic program & trouble shooting of PBL & TRANSWEIGH weigh feeders. Maintenance of Rosemount NDIR analyser, ABB analyser & Fuji O2 Analyser.
