as follow :-

A) Telecom service provision includes

Our company is a telecom service provider. Our clients include
AIRCEL,VODAFONE,INDUS,NEC.

1. BTS installation and commissioning
2. Micro wave installation and commissioning
3. RF survey
4. Battery bank and power plant installation at cell sites
5. Electrical implementation at cell sites.

Job Profile-B-tech/diploma/ITI holders-

1. B-Tech holders- Project Coordinator/Project manager

Job Profile- Project coordinator deals with customer regarding sites
delivery and has to coordinate with team leader and technicians till
Completion of site. He has to report to Project manager. Based on
performance project coordinator can be promoted to project manager. Project manager manages project of a particular zone, vendor interaction, customer satisfaction and site delivery is main work of a PM.


Training Details :-

- Each engineer will be provided with an extensive training of 45 classes for him to be able to perform in his area work. These 45 classes include (theoretical & Practical & Field training).

- Security fees are Rs 23500 per candidate which is refundable after 14th months.provide stipend of Rs 3000 excluding Lodging & conveyance.

After successful completion of training candidate will get absorb in
Company with starting salary of Rs 9000 to 12000 per month.
