JOB TITLE : FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
JOB LOCATION : SAUDI ARABIA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other applicable accounting bodies.
2. Ensuring that the monthly management accounts and annual financial statements are reported on time and are accurate
3. Overall responsibility of the finance function including payroll, fixed assets and all other financial related matter.
4. Yearly budget and contribution to development of five years business plan and forecast and monthly variance, variation, ratio and profitability analysis for discussion in monthly executive meeting.
5. Preparing regulatory returns (quarterly/ annually) and well versed with insurance related calculations like solvency etc.
6. Strong interaction skills with regulators and other external agencies
7. Compliance to regulatory requirement, corporate governance, internal controls, internal audit policies and procedures.
8. Attending senior management meetings to take part in strategic planning and execution process of the company.
9. Dealing with internal and external audits.
10. Implementation and maintenance of new software.
11. Comply with the business and practice/law of insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS :
1. CPA / CA / Insurance recognized qualifications
2. 3 – 5 years management skills
3. Male, not more than 40 years old
4. At least 10 years experience in the motor car Insurance

Other qualifications :
* Strong supervisory and hands on experience, highly organized, details oriented, ability to work under pressure with various nationalities, results oriented and experienced at working to strict deadlines.
