Qualification:
ACS (Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India)

Age:
Not less than 30 and not more than 50 Years as on 01-04-2009.

Experience:
5 years (Persons who have worked in the secretarial side in a Bank or Large NBFC or Financial Institutions will carry on advantage).

Pay and allowances:
Comparable to Industry Salary and Compensations. Selected candidate will be absorbed in Scale IV. Higher Scale shall be considered for deserving case. In Scale IV the Gross Emolument will be Rs.33,380/- p.m (Basic+DA) approximately (Subject to upward revision). In addition, he/she is eligible for facilities like, Gratuity, Pension, Leave Encashment, and Leave Fare Concession for self & dependent family members, Bank's Accommodation or Leased Accommodation, Reimbursement of Conveyance Charges/Fuel Expenses, Entertainment Expenses, Medical Aid & Hospitalization Expenses for self & dependent family members, etc. as applicable under Bank's rules.

Procedure of Selection:
The candidates should appear for interview. The place, date and time for interview will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.

Place of Posting:
The above position would be at Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu or any other place depending upon management needs.

This project is to write a proxy server for the File Transfer protocol. It shows how to enhance the proxy server to insert additional data into the transmissions and extract secrets received from a client. The actual FTP server is not touched to the piggyback conversation between stego-client and proxy. In this case the files can be uploaded and downloaded to multiple servers at a time by using load balancing. At the same time multiple users can act as clients.

The objective of our project is an implementation of replica management system, in which data objects have to be replicated in large number of distributed systems for reasons of fault tolerance, availability, and performance. Copy of the data is some time very useful because if source node is failed means that time we get the corresponding data from replica management. For this reason we propose Virat, a node-capability-aware P2P middleware for managing replicas in large amount of distributed systems.
