Job Description
Ownership of scorecard development, compliance and monitoring for all products
Drive analytics driven decision making culture across the customer lifecycle viz. acquisition, portfolio management and collections
Provide analytics support for all SCB portfolios on as needed basis

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Liaise with CB-RA (or relevant model development team) and initiate and support all development initiatives
Determine effectiveness of scorecard delivered and suggest suitable modifications as needed based on applicability of variables and policy rules around the variables
Support to determine cut-offs for the new scorecard including all supporting analysis.
Ensure that assumptions behind cut-off decisions are robust and are compliant with BASEL mandated requirements for IRB portfolios
Track all scorecards performances through the scorecard MIS as per group and RCO mandated templates - for all scored segments and portfolios.
Highlight to senior management (business and credit) any adverse trends in scorecard performance and work with group risk analytics to rectify the same proactively, using re-calibration and/or cut-off changes as required
Provide ad-hoc advanced analytics support for specific products/projects on as needed basis
Assist in the development for integrating Bureau scores with existing scorecards. Conduct bureau analysis to provide strategic feedback to policy & collection teams.

Qualifications & Skills
Professional degree (preferably with statistical & modeling knowledge)
Good analytical skills and ability to think innovatively
Good communication/ presentation skills
Good financial analysis knowledge required
Should be able to work with different and diverse teams well
