Qualification :
* B.E. / B. Tech ( Computer Science / Information and Technology / Electronics and Communication) with not less than 60% marks

Age :
* Between 18 to 30 years of age as on 01st January 2010
* Age relaxable upto 5 years in respect of Schedule Cast / Schedule Tribe Candidates.

Who can apply
* Permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir State Only.
