Description : The aim of this project is to convert the liquid feed in powder form. This project included a chiller, chilling plant and a spray atomizing nozzle. Multiple product cooling possible due a unique CIP (clean in place) system. Spray monitoring system also implemented to monitor the feed spraying. To avoid chocking in the feed line and nozzle lance assembly , electrical heat tracers along with steam jackets is incorporated thus improving the efficiency of plant by eliminating frequent shutdown.
