Recruitment of Experienced Engineers for Metro Railway Projects

RITES Ltd. is an ISO-9001 certified International multi-disciplinary consultancy organization rendering comprehensive professional services in various sectors including Mass Rapid Transit Systems, Railways, Highways, Airports, Ports & Inland Water Transport. RITES is providing the Consultancy Services for implementation of Metro Rail Projects in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.

RITES require dynamic and result oriented experienced professionals for appointment at various levels on regular basis in the areas of planning & scheduling, design, contract management, construction supervision/inspection, testing and commissioning of Metro Railway Projects. Priority will be given to those professionals who have qualification and experience in the disciplines as indicated below. The selected candidates shall be posted initially at Bangalore.

Discipline : Architecture
Qualification : Degree in Architecture
Experience Requirement : 4 years or more.

Discipline : Underground/Tunneling works
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Mining
Experience Requirement : one or more years.

Discipline : Engineering Surveys and Alignment Design
Qualification : Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirement : one to ten years.

Discipline : E&M Systems of Stations
Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirement : two years and more.

Discipline : Traction and Power Supply
Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirement : two years or more.

Discipline : Signaling
Qualification : Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Experience Requirement : two years or more.

Experienced Engineers of age below 58 years currently in regular employment with any Metro Rail Organization in the country and those engineers who have worked with such organizations during past 10 years in regular capacity are eligible to apply.

Selection
Selection shall be done on the basis of interview of short listed candidates. The level offered will depend on the existing/last substantive grade of the candidate, his qualification and length of the relevant experience. The selected candidate will need to join at Bangalore within 3 months from the date of interview.

Process Associate - Asset Management [ Trade Confirmations]
Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Investigating and correcting factor discrepancies about the Fixed Income trade
- Confirming Equity trades for USD currencies and monitoring the Domestic Confirmations
- Confirming Fixed Income trade and handling the daily issues
- Monitoring and confirming trades in Trading systems like CRTS (US & Non US), XIP etc.
- Setting up and maintain accounts in systems like Oasys, ESP( Omgeo Product)
- Resolving the client’s queries related to trades Issues.
- Communicating to traders and to the broker in diff parts of the world (US Process and Asia Pack).
- Doing the month end reports and providing the EOD reports to onshore team on regular Develop ownership attitude to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Analyzing exception based reconciliation reports
- Compliance management for static and dynamic data

- Actively involved in :
o Performing monthly tests on fixed income securities and publish the results to the various front office desks (traders) for analysis.
o Putting in place MIS reports for management on a monthly and daily basis. These include Root Cause Analysis of controllable and non-controllable errors.
o Identify and report key areas that need improvement from a process, training, and systems perspective.
- Conducting training for new members of the staff, involved in formulating training plans for new joiners to the team and review daily tasks done by the entire team. Currently responsible for training & supervision of 3 FTE’s.
- Ensuring daily completion of the group checklist and that hard copies of the files processed are reviewed, signed, stamped, scanned and thereafter sent to the vault for safe keeping.
- Analyse, report and sign off tests for enhancements and developments for our core systems in sync with the development teams in New York and Bangalore ( UAT Testing for new applications).
