Contribution As a NMS(Network Management System) Engineer I am responsible for Support, proactively manage and monitor services from Network Operational Centre, It includes preparing Network configuration Tool (NCT) file using software Net Configtoolj and Pasolink Management card (PMcard) and downloading of NCT file in respective PM card of indoor unit to make site visible on main server (PNMS).
2. Vodafone (Motorola BTS)
My Role Team Leader
Environment Motorolla BTS
Contribution I was responsible for resolving VSWR problem & Set DRIs (900/1800) power also perform bay level by giving appropriate commands (for Calibrating power using CTU2PWR & for bay level use CTU2CAL hyper terminal window from GSM folder) after processes all data stored in BSC. Bay Level for tuning all uplink freq. for getting or improving path balance (in between 105-115). Checking VSWR on all Tx & Rx cables.(using bird meter) & Solve it by making connector or changing feeder/jumper for reducing cable loss
3. BSNL (Alcatel BTS O&M)
My Role BTS AND O&M Engineer

Contribution I was responsible for Installation, commissioning and Integration of site, checking all alarms on Alcatel Lucent BTS-2G, Resolve faults, checking power and VSWR also AT testing of Alcatel equipments.

4. RF Planning for (BPL, MTNL& VODAFONE)

Contribution I was responsible for New site Survey to improves Coverage & Capacity.
Taking new sites Lat, Long & saving this lat, long into GPS meter.
Searching location as per given lat, long & making planning for all Sectors & its location as per cluster.
5. Microwave Project (NEC equipment) for TATA, Relience, and Vodafone
My Role Team Leader
Contribution I was responsible for Installation of microwave NEC equipment (pasolink, pasolink+, NEO) Instalation, commissioning & Alignment.
Making PCM cable, kroning it & checking loop-break status.Done alignment for getting proper desired RSL.

Contribution I was responsible for Installation of Alcatel Lucent BTS for 3G system (Node B & RRH) equipment, its commissioning & integration.
