    Position Summary:
    As a part of the Order Entry team, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data entered on the application as per the specified Turn Around Time. Also ensure that the application effectively captures all the required fields to generate analytical reports if required.

    Executive – Order Management
    - Part of the Global order entry team
    - Responsible for entering the order from a fax application to the Oracle tool
    - Develop and apply procedures to safeguard data security
    - Add new constituent records to the database as needed, analyze information and populate all appropriate data fields where information is available.
    - Basic Quality Checks for the orders processed
    - Interact with the Internal / Client team to sort out missing or unclear inputs

    Job Requirements
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in any order entry process
    - Prior experience in working on the any of the following applications has a huge advantage
    - Oracle
    - SAP
    - Excellent written communication skills
    - High level of typing accuracy and speed
    - Learn complex data entry codes and procedures quickly
    - Achieve specified performance goals

    I worked as a Product Management Associate for Fortune 500 Company, which is one of the world’s largest Electronic distributor companies. We function with the below aspect.
    Debit Management :
    Debit Management - There are large number of suppliers who manufacture electronic parts, Client used to purchase them in a bulk at lower price, which is a “debit cost” for us. We enter in to a “Special Pricing Agreement” or “Distributor Price Authorization” agreement with Supplier and customer. This agreement will be valid for a certain period of time, i.e. six months to one year and when the Debit or SPA about to expire we have to renew or re-quote the agreement for the customer based upon the sales orders, forecast and usage. The benefit of getting into this agreement or contract is the product price will not affect even if, there is an increase in price hike in the market and this will help us to gain the Gross Profit margin to our Client. Our scope of work is that, we need to approach the supplier if we are running out of quantity or the debits that are nearing to expiry for the customer. We need to negotiate with the supplier and try to obtain better price or existing price so that, it increases the profit from Clients perspective.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    ‡ Managing the order process for select products; this includes entering orders into specialist permission or electronic fulfillment systems to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround time with accuracy.
    ‡ Processing orders to ensure higher GP (gross profit) to our clients
    ‡ Meeting agreed volume, SLA and Quality targets.
    ‡ Assisting and mentoring new recruits or less experienced members of staff.
    ‡ Working as a team to ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met – 1. a). Attending team meetings/huddles.
