Job Description:
To understand the Design Concept of Architect, Interior Designer and Coordinate with the Structural and MEP Consultants.
To distribute work among team members for production of Working Drawings required for site execution.
To explain drawings to vendors and review their shop drawings.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Ideation and Conceptualization
Understanding the site conditions, client’s requirements, local bye laws etc.
Conceptualizing design considering the design requirements within the given constraints.
All documentation work regarding the project.
Making BOQ’S and Specification for projects.

o Design and Presentation
Space planning taking into account finer aspects like natural light & ventilation, building orientation, building services etc.
Internal planning of store considering category allocation, better visibility of store, ergonomics, comfortable circulation etc.
Designing the landscape elements in case of site development for the project.
Preparing electrical, sewage, water supply and rain water disposal drawings.
Preparing working and presentation drawings, BOQ’s, etc for a given project.

o Implementation and coordination
Ensuring the construction is done as per drawings.
Coordinating with the site contractor, site supervisor and the client.
Coordinating with PMC
