A BRIEF DISCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY

I] PREAMBLE:

We would like to introduce ourselves as specialized contractors for various works being done by our Company in Oil Industry and Civil Construction Jobs . Our Group has executed many such jobs for BPCL / Housing Boards U.P. etc. We enclose a brief of our company’s profile mentioning the name of our clients, the list of jobs executed in the recent past and the work in hand and other relevant information.

II] FINANCIAL CAPACITY:

This Financial Year, as per the early indications, we are likely to achieve a total turnover of around Rs.425 lacs. We currently enjoy Bank Solvency of Rs. 150 lacs from State Bank of India,Gonda Branch. Further, Bank allows fund based working capital limit of Rs.50 lacs and non fund limit as per requirement, besides overdraft facility.

III] REGISTRATION:

We are registered contractor with Housing Board of U.P. Govt. with Rs. 450 lacs value of job done in recent past. We can participate and quote for such jobs of registered value of tender from any of the Govt. Departments UP including many Public Sector Undertakings.
As well as we are a registered vender in BPCL with vendor no. 301977 (north & west). And applied for the enhancement of our registration to class “iv” in vendor list of BPCL.

IV] INHOUSE FACILITIES & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

We have our in-house expertise for design, development of drawing, bill of quantity, preparation of specification based on latest international code of practice with preparation of drawing by using CAD / CAM facility. Our multi-tasking team evaluates the proposal in totality and the time frame and the cost is decided and accordingly we discuss with the client and accordingly take the work in hand. Once the project execution is accepted by us, we position separate staff for managing various activities. Our each project is headed by an experienced Project Manager with following support teams.

1. Layout Design / Drawing / Estimation Wing : Based on the clients requirement and process parameters, the estimates are prepared with Bill of Quantities and detailed specification including preparation of layout drawing / construction drawing etc.
2. Procurement of Project Material : This Cell studies the availability of local project material suitable for construction including sourcing of construction material from neighbouring locations.
3. Construction Equipment & Labour : Due care is given to workout the economics of our moving the machinery to the location or hiring construction equipment / labour vis-à-vis deploying our own equipment.
4. Construction Management : Bar Chart / PERT Charts are prepared for individual facilities including requirement of material, manpower and other resources and accordingly they are deployed at site to achieve the targeted progress.
5. Inspection & Supervision : With a view to maintain highest level of accuracy, stage-wise inspections are carried out by inhouse staff as well as third party agencies including consultants / clients supervision.
6. Health, Safety , Security & Environment (HSSE) : Due care is taken to maintain highest level of safety / security with target of “Zero” accident at project site.
7. Quality Control : Utmost care is taken to ensure quality construction and a separate team continuously monitors the quality of work including testing and record keeping.
8. Work Measurement / Bill Preparation : With a view to maintain proper cash flow, work measurement sheets are signed jointly with client / consultant and accordingly bills are prepared as raised on weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis.
9. Testing / Trial & Commissioning Team : We have a separate team of experienced team engaged from various working companies who ensures commissioning of facilities smoothly including teething trouble during trial and its remedial measures.
10. Local Labour Licence / Approvals / NOCs. : Our Company believes in ethical work and therefore all required approvals / NOCs / Licences are obtained for building construction, engagement of labour, movement of machinery etc. well in advance.

The above TEN POINT programmed adopted by us makes us market leader and places us much above our competitors.

V] STANDARDS / CODE OF PRACTICE:

We follow the latest updated standard code of practice for adoption and its implementation or as agreed by clients. We deploy the latest construction equipments to carry our job to ensure highest level quality & speedy implementation of Project work.
