    Job Description:
    Producing relevant market research information on tire technology trends and customer needs in India

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    BE or Master in Mechanics,Materials or Polymer
    Min 3 years of experience & maximum 6 years of experience in tire design, new product development of tire.

    Mandatory Skills
    1.Capability of systematic way of working
    2.Willing to take initiative, and able to work under pressure;
    3.Have good communication skills, ability to work in a team;
    4.Have good computer application skills
    5.Good English skills
    6. Knowledgeable about mechanics, tire, materials.

    Desirable Skills
    Experience in steel cord processes and/or SC testing
    Experience in the tire industry (tire design, testing, and production)
    Product development in general
