    Job description
    The Personal Secretary will have to provide secretarial support to the Executive Director and also support the day-today administrative activities. Individual should be capable of handling work pressure.

    Main Responsibilities
    Secretarial Activities:
    - Scheduling of appointments, preparing agenda for meetings, minutes, inter-office memo, etc.
    - Travel arrangements including booking tickets (Domestic & International), accommodation, etc, and co-ordination conference, presentation, workshops, etc.

    Administrative Activities:
    - Answers telephone, screen callers, relay messages, greets visitors, responding to e-mails.
    - Overseeing office & equipment maintenance on a daily basis
    - Maintains office records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating and destruction.
    - Maintaining petty cash register.

    Location
    The Personal Secretary required for our Bangalore Office. Individual should be willing to travel, if required.

    QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:
    - Graduate (in any stream)
    - 3 years of relevant work experience.

    SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ATTRIBUTES:
    - Shorthand knowledge is preferable.
    - Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    - Must have good understanding and experience in using MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
