A) TISA Dept. :
- Co-ordinating with our 40 Branch of TISA all over India.
- Making Purchase Requisition for Petty cash of the Branches in JD Oracle software.
- Communating with Branch Head & with TOPS Headquarter by mailing or phone.
- Attending queries on emails from branches and resolving the same as per requirements.
- Maintain Tracker of Security Batchs Guards in the Excel.
- Preparing Monthly MIS of Report.
B) HR FORMALITIES: (Co-ordination with HR)
- Providing the new joinee user id’s of all Applications.
- Maintaining attendance and leave cards
- Sending attendance inputs of branch for salary.
- Providing the data to HR of Resigned, Terminated & Transfer Guards.
C) ADMINISTRATION:
- Ensuring the stock level of the Guards Uniforms, Guards Recruitment Related materials.
- Maintaining Stationery for the office.
- All infrastructure related problems.
- All IT related problems.
D) FINANCE:
- Regular payments to the vendors.
- Regular payments of electricity bills, telephone bills through Utility Process.
- Maintaining: Petty cash book/register, bank book/register, voucher, receipts, payment requisition details(Payment tracker),chq bounce report,bank Statements.
- Maintaining chaque bounce tracker.
- Entering Daily Vouchers in Finance Helpdesk.
- Raising Bills through E Pay.
