JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Assistant Manager - Quality
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience: 5 - 7 Yrs
Location: Mangalore


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge for Total Quality Assurance / Output.
• Interaction with customers for Technical Discussions.
• Engineering Drawing Reading & Analysis.
• Solving Critical Problems using Quality Tools.
• Maintenance of all Records & Documents.
• Vendor quality control, Customer Interaction.
• Providing awareness program on QMS & 5s.
• Calibration monitoring, Suppliers Auditing.
• Raw Material Inspection, In process Inspection & Final Inspection.
• Co-ordinating with quality team in achieving the organizational goals.
• Preparing Control Plans, reports.
• Preparation of Quality Plans & check lists.
