JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: CMM Operators
Qualification: DME/ Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) Experience: 2 – 3 Yrs
Location: Mangalore


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Able to operate computerized CMM to inspect all types of components.
• Shall have thorough knowledge on CMM software.
• Shall have knowledge on HMC/VMC/VTL operations.
• Knowledgeable on CMM scanning.
• Shall have knowledge on CMM probes.
• Updating the CMM knowledge & application for better productivity.

Project Details
Automobile Adjustment of Burner Firing in Rotary Kiln
Description :
The main objective of the project is to minimize the oil wastage due to the manual adjustment of burner firing in rotary klin. The automatic adjustment system in chosen in which PID control system to solve the problems efficiently. In this design a solenoid operators flow control mechanism was designed to avoid over flow oil wastage was greatly decreased.
