Began foundry operations in 1988. After establishing a sound domestic base, moved into exports in 1995. Today, supply to North America and Europe critical high alloy and precision machined castings.
The works located in Mangalore, on India's West Coast, an annual capacity of 800 metric tons. Mangalore is a major commercial seaport and is well-connected to major Indian cities by air, rail and road.
Have its corporate office at Bangalore. The company into aggressive expansion Plans.

Designation: Assistant Manager – Production
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical )
Experience: 5 – 7 Yrs
Location: Mangalore
Approximate Salary: Rs. 25000 pm

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge for Total Production Management / Output.
Maintaining the morale of the entire team
Interaction with Methods / CAD Engineering for Technical Discussions.
Engineering Drawing Reading, CNC Programming & job setting*
Able to develop new components for machining including methods and tooling*
Solving Critical Problems using Kaizen.
Maintenance of all Records & Documents.
Implementing 5S and TPM techniques in Machine Shop
Providing awareness program on TPM & 5S
Ensuring both the lifed & non-lifed consumables stock
Ensuring the Upkeep of the machines
Co ordinating with quality team in achieving the organizational goals.
Preparing Weekly machine loading schedules, reports
Co ordinating with foundry team in getting the raw castings in time
Working in unison with foundry to ensure defect free cast components*

* - Should have the above knowledge compulsorily
