Desired Skills : Should have 6.5 - 8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in designing
Should have at least 5 years of hands on development experience using Java, JSP, Servlets, STRUTS, and Oracle
SDLC experience, fair amount of domain expertise gained through working on various applications
In-depth knowledge of software quality practices is a plus
Excellent communication skills and decision-making capability with sharp business acumen
Ability to lead and manage team
Result oriented and assertive
Should possess an analytical bent of mind and initiative taking capability
Onsite requirement gathering experience (Desired)
Onsite/Offshore customer interaction experience (Desired)

Job Responsibilities & Activities : Responsible for delivery of the assigned module
