Advertisement Number, Name of the Post applied for and full address in Block Letters must be indicated at the top of the request which should be sent together with self-addressed and duly stamped envelope [Rs.10.00] of size 22cm X 10cm.

The last date for receipt of completed applications is 22-02-2010 (MONDAY) and it will be the cut off date for determining the age, qualifications and experience of a candidate.

Applications should be supported by (a) attested copies of the certificates/testimonials relating to educational qualifications (including mark statements), (b) date of birth, (c) experience and (d) community certificate in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates issued by the appropriate authority.
