Job Description:
To carry out various design activities in 3D software such as sanitary fitting’s product design, value engineering, plastics & die-casting tool design, jigs & fixture design, modeling & detailing, conversions and engineering changes, among others.

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Knowledge in Sanitary Fitting’s product design & development process
* Knowledge in Sanitary Fittings tool design
* Understanding of principles of design of Plastic, Sheet Metal, Die casting & Sand Casting parts.
* Capturing the real customer data & creating the basic design specification
* Know how about the design process from conceptual stage for new products
* In hand experience in 3D CAD software like Solid Edge V20 or ST/ SolidWorks 2008
* Have experience in DFMEA & PFMEA usage during design & manufacturing stage
* Checking & release of BOM & Engineering drawings
* Have sound knowledge in ISO, DIN & ANSI standards and GD & T
* Have good interpersonal & functional skills

Working under the project : This project basically deals with the finite element analysis. The finite element method is a numerical method for solving engineering and mathematical physics problems. The typical use of this method is to solve the problems in the field of stress analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow, and mass transfer and electromagnetic.
Conclusion : The reason behind performing Structural Analysis is to understand the static stability of a dynamic component and also we get detail overview about the further optimization as dynamic conditions are more with real constraint case & also we get the platform for fatigue
- MANUFACTURING OF DISC BRAKE ON CNC (MAJOR PROJECT)
PROJECT OVERVIEW :
Under this project we have MANUFACTURE the model of disc brake which we have analysed well during minor project. This model has manufactured with the help of “DELCAM” Software and CNC machine(VMC). Basically “DELCAM” is used to develop the program using G and M codes to implement on CNC.
