Key Deliverables :

- Preparing various kinds of reports like Prior-art Search, Patentability Search, Infringement Search, Invalidity Search, Patent Map, Landscaping, License monetization, patent valuation, Competitive Intelligence, Key Patent identification for license and Non-Patent Literature Search.
- Performing patent searching, patent analysis, patent mapping and report preparation.

- Studying File History- Studying the file history for the patents and drawing appropriate conclusion from them.
- Landscape Analysis- The type of analysis to be carried out depends on the specific requirements of the client. This analysis requires the study of a particular technology over a period of time and it is very helpful in figuring out the direction in which the technology is advancing towards.
- Freedom-to-Operate Searches- Performing patent searches for locating any potential patents in a particular country or region specified by the client that our client’s product can infringe. This is done before the marketing of the product is initiated in the specified country or region.
- Marketing Projects- Performing patent search with a particular product to be marketed and landscaping technological mapping with a search report.
- Company Profile- Performing patent search for a particular company interested on and have a full history for that same of their products and area of research and marketing.

TRAINING ATTENDED :
- 40 day Hospital training program at MEDWIN HOSPITALS, one of the leading hospitals in Hyderabad. During this period I have been exposed to various medical equipments in the departments of Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, and Radiology etc.
- Visited Bio-medical section in General Electronics, Bangalore. Johns medical college and hospital, Bangalore, one month
- Visited MNR Hospital, Sangareddy to study the Anatomy and Physiology section.
