Working as a team member of DAQ & CM (Data Acquisition & Condition Monitoring) team. Used to analysis (Vibration & process) of rotating and reciprocating equipments, single and multi plane balancing as well as to handle projects based on data acquisition & manipulation of physical parameters. Core responsibility is to understand the application of the customer and to design and implement the same through our products feasible for their requirements. Handling Installation, commissioning, data manipulation and system integration tasks. Handling control & instrumentation, Automation and Engineering projects in association / independent system integration work. Fulfil the servicing targets and subsist to new Annual Maintenance Contacts (AMC) contracts.

Projects Undertaken: -

- Designed an automatic motor power switching system based on oil level, for NCB (National Council for Cement & Building Materials).
- Provided solutions and continuously used to prop up Shree Cement, Ambuja Cement, Aditya Cement and Binani Cement for vibration measurement and analysis process to be used for machinery health monitoring of several machine trains.
- Completed the project for commissioning of 71 nos. of inclinometer sensors alongwith radio frequency wireless datalogger for rock monitoring, at Rangpo river hydro power project in Sikkim, while it was being installed first time in India.
- Handled and successfully completed project on data acquisition system i.e. water level monitoring of Indus River including transfer of data from logger to PC via wireless link, for NHPC at Leh Ladakh, J&K.
- Provided solution for sound and vibration measurements against the scope of fault detection on farm machineries at department of farm power and machinery, Panjab Agriculture University Ludhiana.
