Being the process owner and being responsible for Design department handling all aspect of the department in a manufacturing organization. Product management standardization of design aspects of the products in coordination with the Global team. Creation of drawings and support in documentation to carry out all government approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in design department in Manufacturing company with exposure on rotating equipment.

1) Presently working at CLYDE UNION PUMPS INDIA (Contract Basis), on BOOSTER PUMPS FAI D67 & FAI D63 from Feb’2011. My role in the project is as mentioned below :
- CAD Tools Used : Solid Works 2010 and AutoCAD 2010.
- Work includes 3D-Modeling and making detail drawing of pump parts in line with API, ASME and ANSI Standards as per Customer Specifications.
- Modeling Standard hardwares using Design tables.
- Creating configurations of parts.
- Uploading the Assemblies, Models and Drawings in e-PDM.
2) Worked on onsite project at L&T INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SERVICES, Bangalore.
My role in the project was as mentioned below :
- CAD Tool Used : Solid Works 2010
- Work included generation of 3D models of sheet metal and plastic components from input 2D drawings.
- Generating detailed drawing of the 3D models in Solid Works.
3) Worked on onsite project at HCP ENGINEERING INDIA PVT. LTD, Bangalore, on WIND MILL NACELLE COVER. My role in the project was as mentioned below :
- CAD Tool Used : Solid Works 2010
- Work included generation of 3D models of Nacelle Cover parts as per ASME standards and Customer Specifications.
- Creating Structural Steel models using weldments.
- Generation of detailed 2D drawings of the parts.
4) Worked on a project of WEIR MINERALS INDIA PVT. LTD, on Power End assembly of RECIPROCATING PUMP. My role in the project was as mentioned below :
- CAD Tool Used : Solid Works 2010.
- Work Included 3D modeling of the pump parts from input 2D drawings.
- Generating detailed 2D drawings of the parts.
2. BANGALORE OXYGEN COMPANY PVT. LTD, PEENYA, BANGALORE.
Worked as a TRAINEE PLANT ENGINEER from 01/09/2009 to 28/02/2010.

- Supervision of plant process for production of Dissolved Acetylene gas.
- Supervision of fabrication and welding operations in plant during shutdown.
- Physical inspection of the pipelines conveying Acetylene gas.
