Job Description:
As a member of the product development team, Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, planning and development of a product component or specific area of functionality. This primarily involves the translation of a set of business requirements into the appropriate data, specification of the processes that act upon the data and design of the presentation layer to display the data. The team leader will also be the focal point for discussions and technical problems within his team. A successful candidate should have a proven track record in problem solving. The ability to identify problems, propose solutions and take ownership of problem through to resolution is very important. In this role you will be working with UML, Java, SQL and XML.
Responsibilities:
* Establish project and product goals for assigned components.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Lead and participate in the design of assigned components.
* Responsible for the building and unit testing of code at the component level.
* Responsible for the mentoring of other team members.
* Help in the planning of product releases with project and product managers.
* Participate in the recruitment of development staff.
* Manage and track team progress using MS Project.

Skills and Attributes:
* A minimum of four years' post-graduate experience and a diploma or degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent computer-related technical experience is required.
* A minimum of 5 years Java programming experience is also required.
* Experience of leading teams developing large scale client server enterprise applications would be a strong advantage.
* Experience of using Rational Rose would be an advantage.
* Experience using Oracle and/or DB2 would be an advantage.

Description : In this project we are created one big tank which is situated over the building which is of 15 feet height. One valve is fixed near the exit of the tank and which is on condition always, the sump which is situated at the ground level and full of water. The PLC kit is situated near the water tank and this is completely working on PLC programming and this program is also called as PLC ladder Diagram and it shows that the time delay of the ON and OFF condition of the tank valve.

Description: In this project we created a particle board disk was a key feature of this unit. The weight of the disk served as an excellent flywheel. Human legs and pedals create an extremely "peaky" torque curve, resulting in jerky motion and lots of stress on parts. The flywheel smoothes this all out by absorbing part of the energy on the power stroke, lowering peak torque, and releasing it on the "dead" part of the stroke, creating torque where Human legs/pedals cannot generate any. Another thing to remember is that Human legs do not like extreme stress. The flywheel allows the Human to avoid having to generate extreme pressure during the power stroke just to make it past the "dead" spots. Many "bicycle converters" lack the flywheel characteristic because tires/rims are designed to be so light.
