We are a Major Star Export House based in Mumbai which is into Spices and other natural and processed Agro Products. We have latest hi-tech Spices processing Plant and having successfully exported our Products worldwide we are looking to storm the Indian markets with high quality Spices, Seasonings, Food Additives which are ethnically authentic as well as aesthetically packed...
In the wake of the above the company is looking for, dynamic Food Technologist for our Plant at Gandhidham.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1.The candidate shall have demonstrated experience of having developed pure spice and spice blends in medium scale food /spice companies.
2. Knowledge of various different cuisines and the spice ingredients which go into these will be essential.
3. A keen sensory expertise involving VISUAL, OLFACTORY AND TASTE senses will be desirable.
4. Candidate shall be proficient in speedy development of spice blend and seasoning within the time and work budget allocated.
5. Candidates should have exposure to ISO 22000 BRC environment and shall be up-to-date in latest development in the field.
6. Experience in RTC and RTE segments will be highly desirable.
