Job Description
To attend calls of high end corporate customers as well as low end customers as per the projects launched.
To collect the documents as and when required.
To do the follow ups and verification of the customers.
To do all the detailed entry in the CRM system.
To do the filing of hard copies of the documents of customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates/Diploma (10+3)
Age 18 to 30
With excellent communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi and
BackOffice:
Applicants must have typing speed of 25 to 35 wpm with 90% accuracy and analytical skills.
Preference for those with banking or insurance background.
Must have good knowledge of MS Office.
And should have atleast 1 yr exp.
