The Job Description for the role is as follows:
· Provide a comprehensive recruitment service using the relevant
recruitment system.
· Responsible for Middle & Senior Level requirements by portals -
Adv, head hunting, references, scrutinizing and short listing resume
from database and internet
· Organize & Co –ordinate with Candidates for interview scheduling
with respect to client & feedback from the clients.
· Follow up on offered candidates.
· Maintaining various MIS on regular basis with respect to
Recruitment Candidate mapping etc
Desired Profile
Education: Any Graduate
Number of Openings:3
Experience:0. 6-4Yrs of experience in handling recruitments would be
an added advantage. Should be good in networking and head hunting.
Remuneration: - Negotiable
Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai
