EMPLOYMENT NOTICE No. 01/2010
Hindustan Prefab Limited (HPL), a profit earning Civil Engineering Organisation is looking for result oriented CIVIL ENGINEERS at the level of Project Manager / Deputy General Manager - on contract basis initially for two years, for its projects in Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, North East, NCR
and other parts of the country. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH etc. as per rules.

Prescribed Requirements:
Parameters for engagement of engineers on contract basis for company’s projects all over India:
1. Engagement of Engineers on contract basis will be for the purpose of execution of projects all over India.
2. The duration of their contract will be initially for two years or till the date of completion of project whichever is earlier. Extension will be considered on mutually agreed terms but only for execution of projects.
3. Such a contract can be terminated by one month’s notice by either side.
4. Engagement will be on a consolidated salary as per parameters given below:-

Project Manager
- BE (Civil) 10 Years Experience
- Diploma (Civil) 12 Years Experience
Consolidated salary (Rs.) P.M. : 19,000.00
Add: Rs. 500/- for additional each year’s experience subject to a maximum consolidated salary Rs. 22,000/-

Dy. General Manager
BE (Civil) 18 Years Experience
Diploma (Civil) 23 Years Experience
Consolidated salary (Rs.) P.M. : 23,000.00 Plus Perks

Upper age limit : 55 Years

General: Such engagement will not confer any right to the contractees whatsoever for induction in regular establishment.
Fringe benefits:
(a) Leave as per rules of the Company.
(b) Medical Allowance equal to one month salary subject to maximum of Rs. 15,000/- per annum to be reimbursed quarterly to those who are not covered by ESI.
(c) Employers’ ESI Contribution @ 4.75% in case salary is upto Rs. 10,000/-
(d) Employers’ Provident Fund Contribution as per provisions of EPF Act. 1956.
(e) Conveyance / TA/DA at par with Dy. Manager (C) and Manager (E) to Project Manger and DGM for other discipline in engineering categories.
(f) No TA/DA admissible for joining at the place of first posting.
(g) Insurance for Rs. 2 lacs, if posted outside NCR.
(h) In deserving cases, Interview Committee may allow additional salary not exceeding Rs. 2000/- per month.
(i) In deserving cases, experience and age can be considered for relaxation.
