Training Specialist (Job Code: TS)

Responsibilities:


[LIST][*]Ensure that all customer care representatives are prepared to meet the needs of Adobe customers by managing the training delivery process both internally and at the vendor. Regional Training Specialists work closely with the vendor trainers and Adobe vendor management to develop geo-specific training materials, train vendor trainers and agents, manage and monitor training delivery schedules, and track training results.[/LIST]
Experience:

[LIST][*]Create excellent working relationships with vendor managers and training staff to monitor regional business initiatives and identify potential training needs[*]Provide forecasted training delivery schedules to Vendor management and training[*]Deliver training to vendors (self-paced, instructor-led and train-the-trainer)[*]Track progress of agent training completions through Connect reporting; vendor calibration[*]Roll up training completion reports to Training Program Managers[*]Create excellent relationships with Training Program Managers to collaborate on training initiatives and to measure effectiveness at the vendor[*]Develop Geo-specific training materials[*]Research local training providers for internal staff training requirements[*]Deploy training to internal staff (self-paced or instructor-led)[*]Meet deadlines; ensures that training is completed on time[*]Prioritizes work according to company needs[*]Continually strives to improve instructional design and delivery skills as well as knowledge of Adobe products, programs and services[/LIST]
