Job Description:
1. Developing process and procedures for better controlling and smooth operation of business.
2. Developing new reports / formats if required for information communication
3. Preparation of monthly reports - Sales Turnover, Outstanding dues report, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, Inventory related reports, Cash Flow statement
4. Preparation & Analysing of the Monthly reports.
5. Assisting the Accounts / Finance department for preparation of statutory audit, Group Audits.
6. Co-ordinating with the Auditors for smooth auditing
7. Identifying the cash requirement for the next quarter.
8. Preparation of Budgets.
9. Comparison of Actual Vs. Budgets.
10. Variance Analysis.
11. Preparation of Business Case for raising funds
12. Negotiations with Banks for Credit facilities
13. Filing of required reports based on sanction letters with banks on periodical basis.
14. Preparation of Target Costing, Pricing of products, Periodical product costing
15. Comparison of product costing with target costing
16. Analysing areas of Improvement in cost reduction with other related departments for achieving the target cost.

Accounts
- Supervising the preparation and maintenance of statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book, and subsidiaries in compliance with time and accuracy norms.
- Preparing budgets, ensuring variance between the increase in actual costs and budgets is minimised.
- Preparing statements related to expected return, production and waste, overhead expenses, cash and funds flow, inventory and debtors.
- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct and indirect tax returns in compliance with income tax and sales tax acts.
- Regular Visit to corporate office for Debtors / Creditors reconciliation.
- Monitoring Sales Accounting, Customer Reconciliation, Dealer Commission calculation & release of the same.
- Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial. Performance and assist in critical decision making process.
- Controlling debtors and follow up with them for timely payments.
- Doing a feasibility study on the cost of the new project and expansion of existing.
- Responsible for Billing/invoicing, Booking & AR Collection annual Targets in coordination with Marketing, Finance, Production Department. Coordinating & Review of AR Collection

- Managing attendance, Wage and Salary and PF of employees.
- Assisting in all administration related activities including Housekeeping, Infrastructure management, facilities planning, security and utmost utilisation of resources.

Production & Quality
- Handling production operations in the Factory to ensure timely completion of production targets within pre-designated time and cost parameters.
- Overseeing unit and shop floor operations including activities like build-up premium connection.
- Preparing SOP (standard operating procedures), implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency, improve quality standards and achieve maximum cost savings.
- Maintaining QMS as per standards, ensuring stringent adherence to standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective actions. Monitoring implementation of and adherence to concepts.
- Conducting vendor quality assessments to ensure quality & standards of incoming material.
Maintenance
- Planning and effecting preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance schedules of various machineries and equipments for increasing machine up time/ reliability.
- Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
- Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.

The company is a manufacturing and marketing Premium Connections & Pressure Control Products used for Oil & Gas drilling and production.
