    Job Details:
    We are looking to hire Chartered Accountants with core experience in taxation for our Tax practice at our Pune office. You will be a part of our professional accounting firm Sudit K Parekh & Co.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Compliance in respect of Domestic tax matter which interalia will include compilation of quarterly eTDS statements, computation of advance tax, advice on withholding tax on various payments, etc.
    2. Compiling Return of Income of individuals, HUF, firm, Trusts, AOP & special emphasis on Corporate Returns.
    3. Employee Taxation including structuring of salary & emoluments.
    4. Representations before the Assessing Authorities.
    5. Drafting of appeals and submissions.
    6. Drafting of case for opinion & Opinions.
    7. Briefing Counsels.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Skills required:
    1. Knowledge of Indian tax laws
    2. Experience of handling tax returns, e-TDS returns, Advance Tax and Routine Filing
    3. Accounting knowledge
    4. Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
    5. Strong interpersonal skills
    6. Conversant with the computer environment – MS Excel, MS Outlook, MSWord, accounting software Tally
    7. Willingness to travel frequently.

    Regarding Accounts
    Responsible for Proper maintaining of computerized accounts up to finalization of Balance Sheet, Monthly Cash Flow, Profit & loss a/c, Bank Reconciliation, Sales, Purchase & journal entries etc., also proper controlling on Sundry Debtors, Creditors and Cash.
    Regarding Liasioning with Various Authorities

    Sales Tax : Registration, preparation & filling of Sales Tax Return,,
    Sales Tax Assessment with, Collection & Issuance of Sales Tax Forms.
    Income Tax : Apply for PAN & TAN. Deduction of T.D.S, Filling of T.D.S.
    Returns. Preparation of various details for Assessment. Liasioning for Refund and other
    matters. Handling Audit and Tax Audit.
    Service Tax : Registration, Charging Service Tax, Deposit of Service Tax, Preparation
    of Service Tax Return on half yearly basis, maintain all records regarding service tax.
    Central Excise : Registration, Correspondence and Filling of Return.

    Also deals with ESIC, EPF & Factory act regulatory authorities.
    Regarding Bank
    Liasioning with Bank, Submission of various documents, like Stock Statements, Sundry Debtors Reports, Projected & Provisional Balance Sheet and Proper Controlling on daily bank routine work.
    Regarding Purchase
    Procurement of material as per the indent issued on the basis of sales order, general requirement and keeping one eye on minimum reorder level.
    Vendor development : Develop new vendor / supplier for complete the increased requirement of material in time.
    Quotation & Negotiation : Call quotation from suppliers & negotiate with them for quality, price, delivery schedule and payment terms.
    Issuance of Purchase Order : Issue of Purchase order after negotiation with supplier and finalizing the same with appropriate authorities.
    Follow Up : Always remain in touch with supplier for the follow up of material dispatch & delivery situation.
    Reduction in Cost : Each and every time thinking to reduce the cost of product keeping one eye on the quality & always think to develop new ideas of reducing the cost.
    Materials / Items : Procurement of all kinds of Raw, Packing Material & Other
    Solvents as per brief given below :
    Raw Material : Plastics Dana, materials used for FMCG Products Manufacturing
    e.g. Tothpaste, Shampoo, Oils, Creams & Lotions etc.
    Packing Material : Lamitube, Corrugated Boxes, Mono Carton, Label, Pet / PP/HDPE Bottles, caps, cans, jar & other material used for packaging.
    Other General Items : Electrical Material, Machinery, Machinery spares and all
    other items required in plant.

    Regarding Operations & Dispatch
    Liasioning with customers regarding their pending orders, rates & payments by targeting to
    increase Turnover every month. Each & every time make sure to fulfill commitment to satisfy the Customers and make relationship more & more strong. Also check the indents / pending orders
    & prepare plan of dispatch.
    Regarding Stock
    Proper controlling on maintaining of computerized and manual stock ledgers. Reconciliation with physically stock and producing various reports regarding stock at the end of each month. Maintaining a sufficient stock for routine working by placing orders to concern authority.
