Smart Agent Tool is developed for Customer Care executive of Lesconcierges.
Lesconcierges company deal with retail services. Whenever a customer calls Lesconcierges, the customer Care executive takes down the order and performs some activities in this tool so as to deliver the product to the customer. The product range varies widely from a chocolate to arranging a huge even or meeting.
Smart Agent Tool functionality or process can be broadly divided into few categories. Sales Process, Ordering Process, Provisioning Process and Service Assurance.
Responsibilities:
As a Test Analyst, the primary responsibilities are:
- Selecting metrics for monitoring and controlling test preparation and execution, defect resolution and risk issues.
- Assessment of organizational maturity, strengths and weaknesses and identification of opportunities for an improved test process supported by tools.
- To Conduct Review Sessions with different stake holders involved with the project.

The objective of this project is to develop and introduce solutions for the processing of Ceridian Payroll whilst interfacing/integrating with other Ceridian Human Capital Management tools and services.
The payroll processing part is currently on legacy system (mainframe) and oracle as database. As per the client this part is being converted to more advanced technology .net and sql server database. This will save their high maintenance charge of the product.
