1) Understand the brief of the project
2) Assist to bring on board the team of consultants required for the project à local and international
3) Co-ordinate via phone, email and meetings to finalize the team of consultants
4) Assist in preparing a master schedule for the entire project taking into consideration the schedules of the various consultants and the construction schedule
5) Co-ordinate with various consultants and give inputs and approvals on various architectural issues in consultation with the management
6) Organise and lead weekly site meetings, co-ordination meetings, conference calls, webex calls.
7) Travel overseas for project meetings.
8) Give weekly and monthly progress reports to the management
9) Give inputs to liasoning team and checking whether their submissions are according to the architectural intent of the projects.
10) Update oneself on the latest developments in architecture and engineering globally.
11) Be a team player
12) Have good co-ordination and communication skills

1) Bachelor in Architecture
2) Willing to work in office as well as on site
3) Proficiency in AutoCad 2006
4) Good Knowledge of Ms. Word & Excel
