Job Responsibilities :
- Customer Co – Ordination
- Cash handling
- To check weight, volume and commodity for each and every shipment in MAWB, AWB, Cargo manifest and tracking
- Handling domestic, bonded and International cargo.
- Preparing manifests, Notec’s for all flights.
- Aviation Security Clearance.
- In case of any offloads intimate to the customer immediately with proper reason.
- Performed to the heights of clearing the maximum of
20 to 25 tons of cargo on the shift.
- Supervising the Loading process and releasing the Cargo on-time for the flight.
- Communication and follow-up with the stations in case of special loads.
- Dealing with Customs authorities in clearing the International shipments and transshipments.
- Specialized in performing both administrative and ramp handling functions
- Handling International and Bonded Cargo which includes Exports, Imports and Transshipments.
- Filing of EGM and IGM with Indian Customs for various domestic and international flights.
- Building pallets and containers according to their heights and weights
- In Imports handing over maximum flights In minimum time and generating gate pass for all Transshipments cargo
- Handling 46 arrival and departure flights in a day. Co ordination with Ramp staff at Ramp for maximum upliftment of cargo
- Delivering the cargo on time and sending the cargo to domestic and as well as international which is termed as bonded. Main function is on time performance
