Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, the country's premier Engineering organization and one of the NAVRATNA PSU, catering to core sectors of Indian economy viz Power Generation, Transmission, Industry, Transportation, Telecommunication and renewable Energy, requires Engineering professionals for its new manufacturing unit at Jagdishpur, Dt. Sultanpur (UP) engaged in Manufacturing of Laminations for large Electrical Machines. Discipline wise requirement is given below

Position & Number of vacancies:
Deputy Manager(E3 Grade) : 3 (Mechanical -01, Electrical -01, Electronics -01

Qualification:
Full time Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics) from a recognized Institute, with minimum 60% marks in aggregate

Minimum experience required : 9 years

Type of experience :
a) Candidates should have experience of working in executive cadre with reputed organization engaged in Engineering/Manufacturing/Servicing of CNC machines.
b) Experience of working on PDMS/PDS, AUTOCAD and ETAP is desirable.
c) Post Graduate / Ph D in the relevant field will be an added advantage.

Pay Scale: Rs 16000-640-20800

Upper Age Limit (as on 01.01.2010) : 36 years

Job Responsibility
Complete inspection of mechanical equipments used in gas power plant like radiator, heat exchangers, plate type heat exchanger, mechanical pumps, gas flow meter, oil flow meter , various types of valves at vendor site and giving inspection waiver.
Complete TCG cooling system piping and instrumentation inspection, pipe fitting to pump suction side to avoid cavitations and air lock in suction side.NPSH calculation and corresponding positioning of suction of pump. Other equipments like DP switch and level monitor.
HVACDucting design calculation capacity calculation for engine room temperature
IC ENGINE performance and calibration interpretation, crankcase ventilation, charge cooling and engine cooling.sfc, torque and load, engine knocking etc.
A brief interpretation of turbo charged generator
In Coming In Process and Final Inspection on the basis of dimensions NDT Reports and test certificates.
Manufacturing of the job with respective QAP
