**** HR competency lead / Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS.
**** Should have Implementation experience in Core HR , Benefits , Ben admin , Variable Comp , compensation , stock admin , Absence mgmt etc.
**** Should have strong exposure in Self-service module implementation.
**** Experience in min 3-4 end-to-end Implementations projects in Ver 8.9 ; 1 experience in Ver 9.
**** Excellent technical skills having knowledge in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode, CI and Application Engine programming.
**** Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP.
**** Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges
**** Able to lead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects.
**** Comprehensive consulting skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
**** Experience in PS implementation lifecycle methodology and tools

Roles & Responsiblities :
Create solution proposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track
**** Create a solution road map addressing the current and the future needs of the business
**** Conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers.
