US Operations :
1. Responsible for updating and maintaining Equipment tracking system to keep a track of movements of all the containers pertaining to MOL.
2. Calculating Demurrage charges of Containers.
3. Updating Maintenance and Repair of containers in Starnet
4. Updating Pre-arrival containers and booking release in US Terminal software.
5. Creating invoices for various cost that are incurred by trucker (Carrier Service)
6. Creating invoice for the chassis that are reported Toll Violation and charge the customer or trucker for the same
7. Preparing of Weekly Pending Survey
8. Reminder Mails to Ports (Monitoring of Vessel)
9. Status Changes of Estimates & Inspection into Starnet
10. Daily sending Bay Plan Reports to front office
11. Doing B/L’s Print of East & West Coast on Daily Basis
12. Updating Empty Notification into Satrnet
13. Updating of Gate Activity transactions into system
14. Providing Rail Routes to customer for Export & Empty return(Rail Billing)
15. Handling front office calls for queries
