Mirchi Network is seeking an experienced , enthusiastic and creative Adobe Flash developer who is eager to learn and stepup to the many challenges in our India studio. The Interactive Flash Designer / Programmer position is primarily a production role focused on developing interactive custom applications using Adobe Flash with ActionScript 3. The individual must have an exceptionally strong knowledge of ActionScript and be able to write custom classes effectively and efficiently. The applicant must have a strong grasp of object oriented programming concepts.

2+ year of professional job experience producing Flash & ActionScript based interactive content
Strong knowledge of Adobe Flash Action Scripting AS2 / AS3.
Strong concepts of Object Oriented Programming
Information architecture , Interface design and layout
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Superior team and communication skills
BA or BS degree
