Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief :
Stabilize and consolidate migrations , improve processes, and significantly deliver process efficiency
Liaise with the regional entity controllers and consolidation groups
Responsible for financial reporting and consolidation
Understand the business and structure of the Legal Entities assigned
Production of the monthly and year-end US GAAP / Local GAAP Financial Statements
Completion of audit of legal entities and ensuring filing of statements with Company house
Ownership of key controls supporting the general ledger and other reporting applications including the management of SOX compliance
Regional Consideration - Driving standardization of process over time from Mumbai, Process efficiency and ensuring focus on Value Addition
Review of accounting applications on new products, structures & trades across various Legal Entities
