.Net (Silverlight)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Should have worked on C#, .Net (3.0), ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL, HTML, XML

- Hands-on experience on Silverlight / Performance Point Service / Biztalk 2006 Server is mandatory

C/UNIX
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong C/C++ skills
- Knowledge of Core Java is desirable
- Experience on UNIX operating systems, like Solaris, Linus, AIX, HP-UX
- Experience in one or more of the following RDBMS: Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle
- Knowledge of J2EE and related technologies, like JSP, Servlets, Struts, JSF, AJAX is a bonus
- Knowledge of BFS, Fixed Income and/or Equities is desirable

Cold Fusion Java Developers
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in ColdFusion
- Strong working experience and excellent knowledge in PDFLIB, SQLServer and Active PDF
- Experience in Java mandatory
- Experience in Securities / Brokerage domain is a plus

Business Analyst
- 2-4 years of experience on brokerage applications as BA
- Hands-on experience and good functional knowledge in Equities / Mutual Funds / Investment Banking and Securities
