Job Description

US based company is looking for 2 to 4 drafters for their new Chandigarh office to provide support with their Bangalore office to the US clients. The job requires successful AutoCAD drafting and specifics of plans for solar panel layouts.

1. Work with our CAD team to create drawings showing all installation and electrical details of

* the installation site
* panel layouts
* single and three line diagrams

2. Specify the system equipment such as wiring, conduit, switches, and over-current protection.

3. Report to the Indian management team.

4. English is the company language. So converse in English only.

Paid on-site training will be provided.

Desired Candidate Profile
- AutoCAD proficiency

- Basic math & physics knowledge

- Good english speaking, writing and listening skills

- Good Interpersonal skills

Electrical engineering degree /or diploma from accredited University/Institute/College. Experienced with electrical engineering for construction of buildings and other structures, and /or electrical engineering for the installation of industrial and commercial equipment such as standby generators, power supplies, and other electrical equipment, is preferred, but not required

Since English is the company language, candidate must be comfortable speaking in English.

Good interpersonal skills required to work with CAD team members. Good command of the English language, both written and oral, including familiarity with the American dialect and accent. Must have basic proficiency with ACAD 2009, including editing text and leaders, stretching objects, etc.
