• Educational Qualification : Commerce Graduate
• Computer skills : Proficient in MS Office and Tally 9
• Work experience : 1-3 years of exposure to branch accounting, commercial accounting, inventory in a manufacturing / distribution/ retail organisation
• Work Location : Delhi, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Mumbai (Andheri)
• Reporting To : Branch Head
• Salary Range : 7,000 – 10,000 per month

JOB PROFILE
Responsibilities:
• Branch Accounting
o Ensuring all customers’ accounts are settled within our terms
o Processing sales invoices
o Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
o Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
o Implement, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, using Tally.
• Payables and receivables :-
o Collections of payments from debtors within credit limit.
o Payment within due dates
• Owning the Inventory / Warehouse –
o Incoming and outgoing material
o Prepare and monitor ageing of stock/ inventory
o Proper stacking of material, product packaging
o Physical availability of the saleable stock Vs order
o Final inspection of the material before loading
o Coordinating for order dispatch including dispatch advise, invoicing and payments
o Daily reporting of sale, purchase, returns, inventory, accounts etc to HO
o
• Handling and addressing Customer Complaints on time and follow up for resolution
• Insurance - Reporting to HO for breakage claims, coordinating with HO for Insurance claims and settlement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to Divisional Head – F&A (Mumbai).
- To ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly reports (MIS/DCR) are maintained regularly according the established formats & standard.
- To compile with the Divisional Head, Regional Manager & Theatre Managers about budget control, funds projections as well as the comparison of Actual Results with the Budgets given.
- To ensure appropriate procedure of purchase & expenses as per SOP and to make the necessary changes if required only after prior approval of Divisional Head.
