    • Educational Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate , Preferably MBA

    • Work experience : Min 8 years of exposure to sales and distribution in the automotive/ auto component / related industry
    • Preferred age group: 31 - 33 years
    • Work Location : Gurgaon
    • Reporting To : National Sales Head
    • Salary Range : Rs 4-6 Lacs

    JOB PROFILE –
    • To achieve the sales targets of Glass & Adhesive for the region assigned
    • Responsible for topline & bottomline of the business vertical for the region
    • Ensuring timely Collection of payments within the region
    • Develop “Market intelligence” related to competition - products, pricing, and marketing activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
    • Identifying potential channel partners/ dealers/ distributors for network expansion in line with the business plans and the goals of the company
    • Relationship management within the channel as well as the principals
    • Implementation, execution and monitoring of the sales strategy and business plans as directed by the NSM
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Formulating & implementing sales promotion schemes, ATL, BTL activities, to achieve growth in sales, maximum brand visibility amongst customers.
    • Responsible for demand forecasting & managing inventory in the depot
    • Leading, managing, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
    • Exposed to managing operations of multiple depot spread over different geography in the region
    o handling CFA, dealer, stockist and sub-stockist network,
    o Currently managing a team of atleast 20-25 people including the depot staff
    o Exposure to budgeting exercise – annual & monthly, tracking and review against the budgets
